Villa Lina

Located in the middle of nature at the top of a small hill, this contemporary house is built with a wooden frame and cladding, from its dominant position it offers a panoramic view of the sea, the maquis and the mountains.

Message from the owners

"In this project, we wanted to take into account the environmental concerns of our time, so we opted for a timber frame and decided that the house would be self-sufficient. Electricity is generated entirely by photovoltaic panels, and heating is provided by two wood-burning stoves. There is no air-conditioning, but the house is equipped with fans if necessary for cooling.
Most of the furniture was found at flea markets or bought from second hand dealers. We hope that the atmosphere that emanates from the house as well as the sensations felt while living there will seduce you as much as we did.

Entry Level:

Large living space with living room-library, wood stove, dining room, equipped kitchen with central island, pantry (wine cellar, sink, dishwasher), the kitchen opens onto a large outdoor terrace, with an outdoor dining table, gas barbecue, relaxation area, swimming pool (4.5mx 11m equipped with a roll-up curtain) and deck chairs

Garden level:

3 DOUBLE or TWIN bedrooms with closets, 3 bathrooms and toilets adjoining each bedroom. Two bedrooms have access to an outdoor terrace in the corridor with a cozy corner.1 large "family room" area with a beautiful outdoor terrace offering a large table with seating.

Upper level:

1 MASTER bedroom with shower room, wc with dressing room and access to the outside terrace.1 MASTER bedroom with shower room, wc, storage giving onto the terrace with swimming pool.1 DOUBLE bedroom with office and terrace.

The little outbuilding:

Possibility to have the wooden outbuilding to accommodate a nanny or your steward. Space of 18 m2 with DOUBLE bed, storage, fridge, desk and sofa, kitchen and outdoor shower with dry toilet.
